What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll act as the central hub for marketing coordination keeping everything aligned, organized, and progressing.
- Drive marketing initiatives from concept through to execution
- Track campaigns, timelines, and deliverables to ensure nothing slips
- Serve as the go-to liaison between internal teams and external agency partners
- Gather, consolidate, and manage feedback to keep projects moving forward
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Leadership to shape marketing initiatives
- Ensure messaging accurately reflects technical products and market positioning
- Support tradeshow and industry event execution (logistics, materials, coordination)
- Review marketing materials for quality, consistency, and brand alignment
- Assist with internal communications, product updates, and employer branding efforts
- Keep marketing assets, files, and documentation organized and accessible
- Support budget tracking and allocation across initiatives
What You Bring
You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders someone who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- 3–6 years in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or project coordination
- Experience collaborating with external agencies or creative partners
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communicator who can manage competing priorities and stakeholders
- Ability to review creative and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Curiosity and comfort working with technical or industrial products
- Understanding of how marketing supports sales and business growth
- Ability to travel in Canada and the US

- Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)
