Marketing Manager
Job Description
We're looking for an on-site Marketing Manager to join a growing and highly respected leader in the marine, recreation, and powersports industry.
Our client has experienced significant growth over the past several years and has built a strong reputation by delivering an exceptional customer experience, fostering a people-first culture, and embracing innovation. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to shape marketing strategy, develop a talented team, influence business decisions, and drive measurable revenue growth across multiple business units.
This is not a traditional marketing execution role. The successful candidate will be a strategic marketing leader who can balance high-level planning with strong business acumen, analytics, team leadership, and customer engagement. You will oversee a growing marketing function, guide content and digital initiatives, manage marketing investments, and develop innovative campaigns that strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on a successful and evolving organization.
