As the Marketing Manager for Customer Engagement, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategies that further solidify the position as a customer-oriented company. Your expertise will be essential in nurturing long-term relationships with valued clients and identifying opportunities for expanding their customer base. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture Customer Engagement Ecosystem, focusing on CRM strategy.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of automation platforms to drive the transformation of member journeys.
  • Tailor interactions and communications to meet each customer's unique needs and preferences.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to boost revenue and member satisfaction.
  • Manage subscriber databases, analyze campaign metrics, and provide insights for campaign enhancement.
  • Collaborate with other teams, ensuring consistent brand messaging through email channels.
  • Leverage data and technology to create comprehensive lead nurturing journeys.
  • Develop testing plans and an improved framework to continually refine our channel mix and messaging matrix.
  • Lead the strategy and engagement for our company-wide social media platforms.
  • Foster strong relationships with leadership across the organization to align strategic initiatives with brand voice.
  • Consult with key stakeholders to evolve CRM practices, encompassing email and SMS strategies and marketing automation platform implementation.
  • Play a pivotal role in the delivery of the Journey Transformation at an enterprise level, refining engagement with and measure omni-channel strategy.
  • Collaborate with Optimization and Automation Specialists to ensure effective full funnel digital campaigns and an outstanding member experience.
  • Oversee contract administration and coordination with clients/vendors.
  • Stay updated on trends in social, digital, and mobile media and explore new tools, best practices, and applications.
  • Ensure strategic reporting and process-flow related to channel oversight (Social, PPC, CRM, and offline media).
  • Maintain quality control for concepts and projects, overseeing integrated media tasks.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively ensuring production scope, schedules, and budget management.
  • Serve as the supplier relationship manager for the ecommerce platform.
  • Provide ongoing evaluation, mentorship, and guidance to your team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in developing multifaceted customer journeys.
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of achieving results.
  • Expertise in building infrastructures to enhance performance across platforms and channels.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical proficiency.
  • Strategic acumen and the ability to implement strategies effectively.
  • Experience in developing automation journeys and handling migrations and account restructuring.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
