Job Description

Our client is a well-established Canadian retail brand, looking for a Marketing Manager to execute creative direction in establishing a digital company presence. Providing a team focused and supportive environment, the Marketing Manager will be collaborating closely with Leadership, Merchandise, and Sales and lead steward aspects of the company brand. 
Marketing Manager responsibilities: 
Develop marketing plans to support brand and product awareness
  • Organize and track images done in-house and through outside firms
  • Managing all graphic assets done in-house and through external agencies
  • Reviewing quality and accuracy of work and ensuring timely execution
  • Create digital and physical assets for online and in-store marketing
  • Collaboration with Sales and Merchandise teams on projects
The successful candidate has: 
5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing environment
  • Post-secondary in marketing, digital marketing, or related field
  • Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Expertise in digital marketing and a clear understand of design and printing
  • Ability to develop new concepts 
  • Excellent collaboration skills and open to feedback
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn internal ERP systems
  • Travel as required
Compensation and benefits: 
  • The discussed salary range is between $65,000 - $80,000
