This is a newly created role, opened following the relocation of the Marketing Director to the U.S. Over the past six months, the organization has restructured its marketing function, strengthened backend systems, and is now ready to bring on a hands on marketer to help tell their story and support continued growth.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting end to end marketing initiatives across multiple program divisions, with a strong blend of digital marketing, design, analytics, and on the ground event support. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by working with and for children, understands how to communicate with both parents and youth audiences, and is looking for long term growth within a values driven organization.

Marketing Coordinator responsibilities:
  • Tell the brand story consistently across programs, camps, and divisions
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including website updates, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics reporting
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, signage, and promotional materials
  • Create and coordinate event collateral for booths, trade shows, fun fairs, expos, and community events
  • Support and execute marketing efforts for 200+ year end school and community events
  • Manage and analyze marketing performance data to inform ongoing improvements
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and events
The successful candidate has:
  • 1–3+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordinator level role
  • Post secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong design skills and the ability to produce materials efficiently
  • Experience or comfort working with digital marketing tools, analytics, SEO, and SEM
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for parents and children of different age groups
  • A high level of initiative, organization, and project ownership
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events
  • Willingness to complete background checks; CPR/First Aid certification (training available in house)
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $45,000 – $65,000, depending on experience
  • Free or discounted programs for employees’ children
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel to events and locations
  • Strong mentorship culture with opportunities for internal growth and leadership development
Additional details: • Head office located near Yonge & Clark (Toronto)
  • Role is fully in office for the first 6 months, with potential for a hybrid arrangement after training
  • Access to a vehicle is considered an asset due to travel between sites and events
  • French language skills are beneficial but not required
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Only candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process will be contacted.
