Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
Our client designs and manufactures engineered products that serve demanding, real-world applications. As the organization continues to grow, marketing has become increasingly strategic requiring clear coordination, execution discipline, and strong cross-functional alignment.
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a central role in ensuring marketing initiatives move smoothly from strategy to execution. This is a hands-on coordination role responsible for keeping marketing work moving forward, aligning internal teams, and supporting successful collaboration with an external marketing agency.
This role exists to ensure marketing efforts do not stall due to unclear handoffs, timelines, or approvals.
Marketing Operations Coordinator Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of the marketing plan from idea through delivery
- Track marketing initiatives, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external marketing partners
- Consolidate internal feedback and manage approvals to maintain momentum
- Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Leadership to gather inputs for marketing initiatives
- Ensure marketing content accurately reflects product capabilities and market positioning
- Support the planning and execution of tradeshows and industry events, including logistics and materials
- Review marketing materials to ensure brand consistency, quality, and clarity
- Support internal marketing needs including product updates, announcements, and employer branding
- Assist with organizing marketing files, assets, and documentation
- Support marketing budget tracking and allocation across initiatives
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, and project management/coordination
- Experience working with external agencies or creative partners
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to review creative materials and provide structured, actionable feedback
- Comfort learning technical products or industrial environments
- Understanding of how marketing supports sales enablement and business growth
Compensation and Benefits
- The discussed salary range is $65,000 – $80,000, depending on experience
