Business Systems IT Analyst

London, ON

Posted: 05/27/2026 Category: Manufacturing Job Number: 19797 Pay Rate: $120,000-$160,000

Job Description

We’re looking for an on-site Business Systems IT Analyst in the manufacturing and engineered products industry.

Our client is a growing Canadian manufacturer Southern Ontario. As the company continues to scale, system complexity has increased across sales, manufacturing, and finance creating the need for a senior, business-minded systems professional who can bring clarity, structure, and execution across core platforms.

The Business Systems IT Analyst will act as the connective tissue between business operations, ERP and CRM platforms, and external technology partners. This is a highly visible, “systems-thinking” role focused on business process design, ERP/CRM integration, and system optimization not end-user IT support. The position plays a key role in future-proofing the organization’s systems, governance, and documentation as the company prepares for continued growth and an eventual ERP re-evaluation.

Business Systems IT Analyst responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the relationship between Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Infor Visual ERP, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow
  • Define how business information should move between systems and identify integration gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
  • Act as the internal authority on business systems logic, dependencies, and data governance
  • Support a configurable, manufacturing-driven product environment that challenges legacy ERP capabilities
  • Lead analysis and solution design for the current Salesforce CPQ to ERP integration pain point
  • Translate business process maps into executable system changes and prioritized improvement initiatives
  • Build, optimize, or oversee reports and dashboards to improve operational, sales, and financial visibility
  • Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, and leadership to align systems with real-world workflows
  • Serve as the primary liaison to external vendors and consultants, critically evaluating recommendations and managing competing interests
  • Develop and deliver training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources to ensure long-term system adoption and resilience
The successful candidate has:
  • 5–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (non-negotiable)
  • ERP system experience (Infor Visual ERP preferred, but not required)
  • Salesforce experience, including exposure to Salesforce CPQ
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP–CRM integration and system data flows
  • Strong understanding of business processes, execution, and change enablement
  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to work diplomatically with experienced, opinionated stakeholders
  • The ability to operate independently without a large internal team, balancing priorities and personalities effectively
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $120,000 – $160,000+, depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits
  • RRSP matching
  • Annual performance bonus (company performance dependent)
  • Minimum of three weeks’ vacation

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Only candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process will be contacted.
