  • Maintain strong attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and clinic processes
  • Build positive relationships with patients, staff, and cross-functional leaders
  • Participate in a robust onboarding program (90 day high-touch training)

  • Collaborate on long-term clinic expansion planning (future Nanaimo site)

The successful candidate has:

  • Experience leading teams (preferably in a multi-site environment)
  • Background in sleep care, respiratory therapy, or medical retail (strong asset)
  • A coaching-focused leadership style with high empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Strong attention to detail and investigative problem solving abilities
  • High drive, accountability, and genuine ownership of team and clinic success
  • A passion for patient care and collaborative, servant leadership culture
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and inspire

Compensation and benefits:

  • Discussed range: $80,000 – $110,000 total compensation depending on experience and performance
  • Base salary typically in the mid 80s to low 90s
  • Monthly performance bonus: up to $3,000 (three clinics)
  • Additional multi clinic management bonus: $6,000 annually
  • Extensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, RRSP, and wellness perks) with increasing value over tenure
  • Significant relocation assistance available, including:
    • Up to $10,000 in temporary accommodation for the first 90 days
    • Up to $8,000 for moving expenses
    • Additional relocation support available with Director approval
  • Long-term career growth with ongoing training, hands on mentorship, and corporate support
  • A team-first culture where leaders are truly appreciated and empowered to succeed
