Job Description
Venture Manager responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate entrepreneurship support programs that align with organizational goals and community needs
- Manage multiple program timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on outcomes and impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, community organizations, funders, and other stakeholders
- Supervise program staff, volunteers, and contractors
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and networking events for program participants
- Track and report on program performance using both qualitative and quantitative data
- Collaborate across departments to support communications, fundraising, and grant reporting efforts
- At least 5+ years of experience in program management, ideally in a non-profit or entrepreneurship environment
- A bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong project management and organizational skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- The discussed salary is $110,000 depending on experience.
