Logistics Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by delivering top-notch service, fostering improvement, and a positive team spirit.
- Manage client, vendor, and employee relations
- Oversee staff to ensure consistent execution of duties, including daily performance monitoring and reporting.
- Address operational issues, offering hands-on support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding any disruptions.
- Facilitate seamless coordination among all companies’ departments.
- Assist in recruitment, coaching, and staff development.
- Ensure accurate financial management and appropriate staffing levels.
- 5+ years in experience in logistics within a leadership role
- A strong track record working for 3PL companies
- Effective communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems
- The ability to understand and work with numbers and budgets
- Salary range is from $110,000 to $130,000 dependent on experience
