Logistics Operations Manager Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth by delivering top-notch service, fostering improvement, and a positive team spirit.
  • Manage client, vendor, and employee relations
  • Oversee staff to ensure consistent execution of duties, including daily performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Address operational issues, offering hands-on support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding any disruptions.
  • Facilitate seamless coordination among all companies’ departments.
  • Assist in recruitment, coaching, and staff development.
  • Ensure accurate financial management and appropriate staffing levels.
The successful candidate has: 
  • 5+ years in experience in logistics within a leadership role
  • A strong track record working for 3PL companies
  • Effective communication
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems
  • The ability to understand and work with numbers and budgets
Compensation and benefits:
  • Salary range is from $110,000 to $130,000 dependent on experience
