What the Legal Assistant does:
  • Prepares correspondence and legal documents
  • Supports files for multiple lawyers simultaneously from beginning to end
  • Handles file management and bring-forward system
  • Manages calendars, emails, and appointments
  • Assists with ad-hoc administration and projects, providing support where needed
What the successful candidate will bring:
  • 3 - 5 years of legal assistance experience in litigation
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player
