Job Description

My client, an award-winning corporate and entertainment legal firm in Vancouver is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to join a high achieving, supportive law firm that will accelerate your career and support your growth.

What the Legal Assistant does:
  • Prepares and edits correspondence and legal documents.
  • Supports files for multiple lawyers simultaneously from beginning to end.
  • Handles file management and bring-forward system.
  • Manages calendars, emails, and appointments.
  • Assists with ad-hoc administration and projects, providing support where needed.
What the successful candidate will bring:
  • 3 years of legal assistance experience in similar firm environment (corporate law experience is advantageous)
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent technical and formatting skills
  • Can do attitude with strong sense of urgency.
  • Team player
In return, what you can expect:
  • Salary: $60,000-$78,000 depending on experience
  • Excellent benefits package (starts immediately)
  • Minimum 3 weeks vacation.
  • Hybrid role - 3 work from home days.
