Job Description

We’re looking for a Leasing Coordinator in the property management industry!

Our client is a leading Winnipeg based property management company with a dedication to quality housing solutions and providing a best-in-class tenant experience. To keep up with continued growth, they are seeking motivated professionals to join their growing team. The Leasing Coordinator will oversee the full spectrum of leasing duties, including responding to inquiries, showings, and finalizing rental agreements. This position will work out of a designated satellite office and will have access to company vehicle for all work related activity.

Leasing Coordinator responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to all inbound inquiries via website chat, email, social media, phone, text, and in person.
  • Schedule and coordinate showing in your designated territory.
  • Execute showings, tours and open houses showcasing the property features and amenities.
  • Prepare lease documents and guide potential tenants through the signing process.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects.
  • Act as subject matter expert in the Winnipeg rental market.
  • Pick up and drop off keys/documents as required.
The successful candidate has: 
  • Post-secondary education OR training in the property leasing industry is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Previous sales experience is considered an asset.
  • Must be customer service oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor and natural attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Winnipeg for purpose of property showings.
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience, plus bonus structure. Total compensation is anticipated to be roughly $65,000-$75,000 per year.
