Job Description

Our client, a homegrown Canadian retail brand with international reach is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative to join their team in Vancouver, B.C.  The Lead Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the customer care of a nation-wide customer base, including requests for information, orders, and other customer needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate, collaborative, and detail orientated with a strong data entry background.

Lead Customer Service Representative responsibilities:
  • Consistently provide superior customer service to customers
  • Maintains communications and provides expert knowledge to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide optimal solutions to meet the needs of the customers
  • Conducts order entry with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support in the development and implementation of campaigns
  • Special projects as assigned by the team
  • Provide relevant information to customers and sales employees
The successful candidate has:
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Leadership or management experience is preferred
  • College diploma or equivalent is required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills and strong phone etiquette
  • High attention to details
  • Enjoys collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to cultivate productive working relationships
  • Adaptable and flexible
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $50,000-$55,000 depending on experience
