Junior Accountant / Treasury Analyst - 19181

Junior Accountant/Treasury Analyst responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, from invoice entry to payment processing.
- Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Prepare financial statement entries to support reporting requirements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Support senior finance leaders with ad hoc financial reporting requests.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Track interest expenses and process payments for outstanding debt.
- Maintain and update short-term cash flow planning tools.
- Work with public company financial reporting requirements as needed.
- Provide support for various financial and treasury functions.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA program enrollment preferred).
- Experience working with a public company.
- 2+ years of accounting or treasury experience (co-op or internship experience will be considered).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general ledger accounting software.
- A solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 (depending on experience).

Outside of work, she keeps active with her teenager, balancing school, sports and outdoor activities.
