Our client, a leader in sports and entertainment Industry is looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join their dynamic team. This well-respected organization offers a team-based work environment with tremendous opportunity for growth.

Reporting to the Controller, the candidate will be responsible for full cycle accounting and some FP&A. The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, results-driven and thrive in a dynamic environment.

What the Intermediate Accountant does:
  • Full cycle accounts payable for multiple entities
  • Updating financial data
  • Reconciliations
  • Processing financial entries
  • Ad hoc projects for the accounting department
  • General accounting support for the corporate office
What the successful candidate will bring:
  • Full cycle accounts payable experience
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Advanced technical skills
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Commitment to maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use judgment, to take initiative when appropriate, and to think independently.
  • An interest in growing their career and having top notch mentorship!
  • Pursuing or working towards obtaining CPA designation
