Personal Lines Insurance Advisor

Job Description
Our client is a well-established organization operating within a high-volume, service-driven insurance environment. They are known for their commitment to professional standards, internal collaboration, and long-term career development. This role supports an existing book of business and plays a key part in ongoing client servicing and policy management. The Advisor will also have the opportunity to contribute to new business growth by identifying and cultivating potential clients through referrals and outreach. The Personal Lines Insurance Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day policy servicing, client communication, and supporting retention initiatives across personal insurance products.
Personal Lines Insurance Advisor responsibilities:
- Service an assigned portfolio of personal insurance policies
- Manage policy updates including changes, renewals, cancellations, and billing inquiries
- Communicate with clients to review coverage needs and provide policy guidance
- Support retention efforts through proactive client outreach
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional insurance solutions
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent client service
The successful candidate has:
- 2+ years of experience in a personal lines insurance role
- Strong working knowledge of property insurance products
- Punjabi language skills considered an asset
- Experience working with a brokerage management system (EPIC experience considered an asset)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy
- The discussed salary range is $52,000 – $62,000, depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
