Job Description

We’re looking for an on-site Insurance Advisor (Entry Level) in the insurance industry.

The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored insurance products to ensure financial security and peace of mind.

Insurance Advisor responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through various channels including in-person, phone, and electronic communications
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate personal insurance products
  • Provide professional, courteous, and timely service aligned with company values
  • Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to develop solutions for complex cases
  • Use insurance software systems to manage policies and process transactions efficiently
  • Promote membership benefits and identify opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products
  • Maintain adherence to underwriting guidelines and service standards
The successful candidate has:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or related customer service roles
  • High School Diploma
  • Level 1 General Insurance Agent Certificate or equivalent, with willingness to pursue Level 2
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software
  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and a commitment to continuous learning
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $40,000 – $50,000 depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
