The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored insurance products to ensure financial security and peace of mind.
Insurance Advisor responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels including in-person, phone, and electronic communications
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate personal insurance products
- Provide professional, courteous, and timely service aligned with company values
- Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to develop solutions for complex cases
- Use insurance software systems to manage policies and process transactions efficiently
- Promote membership benefits and identify opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products
- Maintain adherence to underwriting guidelines and service standards
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or related customer service roles
- High School Diploma
- Level 1 General Insurance Agent Certificate or equivalent, with willingness to pursue Level 2
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and a commitment to continuous learning
- The discussed salary range is $40,000 – $50,000 depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
