What do you bring?
  • 10+ years in senior risk roles – insurance or adjacent financial services
  • A track record of building and scaling enterprise risk frameworks
  • Experience engaging with boards, audit, and risk committees
  • A commercial mindset, clear communicator, and collaborative partner
  • A future-focused approach: data-aware, tech-comfortable, and strategically sharp
  • Designations like CRM, FCIP, CPA, or MBA are a definite advantage – but mindset and leadership matter more
What’s On the Table?
  • Base Salary: $210,000 – $250,000, depending on the experience you bring
  • Annual Bonus: 20% – 35% performance-based
  • Total Compensation Potential: $250,000 – $340,000+

  • Work Environment: Hybrid flexibility with presence expected at the executive table and key cross-functional moments
