Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to join a leading wholesale distributor in the Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Lighting products industry in Canada. This established company is expanding and looking for a motivated individuals to become part of their team. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while growing alongside a stable and thriving business in a high-demand sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for walk-in and phone customers, providing information on products, pricing, promotions, and delivery options to contractors and customers.
- Accurately enter orders into the company’s ERP system in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory checks for customers and across other company locations.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical products and supplies, or prior Inside Sales experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of above products and their practical applications.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Team-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency with general computer programs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
- Candidates with more experience and higher salary expectations are also encouraged to apply.
