The IT Applications Manager will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, managing enterprise applications, driving process optimization, and supporting key digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

IT Applications Manager responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 11 IT professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
  • Define and execute the enterprise applications roadmap aligned with organizational strategy
  • Oversee support, development, and integration of enterprise systems (ERP, Salesforce, HRIS, MES, and custom apps)
  • Ensure SLA adherence for incident response and resolution across varying priority levels
  • Drive standardization of SDLC processes, release management, and support workflows
  • Champion AI adoption and automation pilots to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align IT initiatives with strategic goals and manage vendor relationships
The successful candidate has:
  • 7+ years of IT application delivery experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven success managing enterprise-scale applications and cross-functional technical teams
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), system integration, and performance metrics
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Technical fluency (.NET/SQL) to review designs and code, with exposure to data warehousing and BI tools considered an asset
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $120,000 – $130,000, depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
