Human Resources Manager - 19273
Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Talent acquisition functions including recruitment, onboarding and compensation.
- Benefits administration and oversight.
- Talent development including professional training, leadership and coaching.
- Creation and implementation of retention strategies.
- Development and oversight of performance management programs.
- Providing a strong and inspiring day-to-day leadership presence.
- Maintaining and monitoring staffing levels and ensuring proper levels of knowledge and skills within the firm.
- Reviewing the firm's employee rewards/recognition practices and improving offerings.
- Coordinating office procedures and staffing to ensure best practices are consistent in each office.
- Providing direction on firm policies, benefits, workplace requirements and expectations.
- Coordinating and conducting interviews with potential new employees and dismissing employees further to executive direction.
- Overall responsibility for long-term planning, visioning and ensuring alignment with market trends and changes.
- Assist the COO with marketing duties for the firm including social media posts.
- Special projects as delegated by the COO.
- A degree in Human Resources and CHRP designation.
- Minimum of 5-10 years in an HR leadership role.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and trust across all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skill in performance management and staff development and training.
- The ability to travel between offices.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Flexible, reliable and thrive in a positive team environment.
- Strong recruitment and retention abilities.
- High level communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff and provide superior customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in developing firm policies, benefits and best practices.
- A positive presence and ability to drive a supportive and collaborative culture across the company and lead by example.
- The targeted salary is $85,000 to $95,000.
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered.
