We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist in Vancouver, BC.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR professional who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for delivering full-cycle HR support, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent development.

Human Resources Generalist responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with leaders to support workforce planning and hiring strategies
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
  • Support and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a strong employee experience
  • Maintain HRIS data and ensure accuracy of employee records
  • Contribute to engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives

The successful candidate has:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a generalist capacity
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of BC employment standards and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving abilities

Compensation and benefits:

  • The discussed salary range is $80,000 – $100,000, depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
