Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist in Vancouver, BC.

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for delivering full-cycle HR support, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent development.
Human Resources Generalist responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with leaders to support workforce planning and hiring strategies
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
- Support and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a strong employee experience
- Maintain HRIS data and ensure accuracy of employee records
- Contribute to engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
The successful candidate has:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a generalist capacity
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience leading recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives
- Strong knowledge of BC employment standards and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Compensation and benefits:
- The discussed salary range is $80,000 – $100,000, depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
