The Headhunters Recruitment have partnered with a national retailer to add a Head of Retail Operations to act as the President’s right hand.   We’re essentially looking for the mastermind behind making sure everything runs smoothly across a company’s retail locations, as well as leading overall growth.
Based in Vancouver, BC, the dynamic and strategic Head of Retail Operations is responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of all retail stores across the country, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a world-class customer experience. Besides working with District / Area Managers, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to deliver current objectives and go-forward strategies.
