General Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic goals aligned with company vision and objectives.
- Manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, and profitability.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, pursue market expansion opportunities, and enhance service offerings.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- 7+ years’ experience in management roles within industrial equipment or transportation industries
- Proven experience in business strategy, operational management, and financial oversight.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety compliance with standards and regulations.
- Mechanically minded would be considered a definite asset.
- The discussed salary range is $110,000 to $125,000 depending on experience
