General Accountant
Job Description

The General Accountant will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle accounting process and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
General Accountant responsibilities:
- Maintain company accounting records and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Record monthly journal entries and perform reconciliations across multiple entities
- Assist with full-cycle accounting duties including intercompany transactions and bank reconciliations
- Support day-to-day bookkeeping and financial operations
- Reconcile credit card transactions and allocate expenses appropriately
- Assist with year-end reviews and internal audits, providing documentation as needed
- Perform other accounting-related duties as required
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally within a construction environment
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- The discussed salary range is $60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
