Financial Planner (CFP Preferred)
Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Planner in the financial services industry. Our client is a well-established, top-tier firm known for delivering thoughtful, client-focused financial strategies and building long-term relationships based on trust. The Senior Financial Planner will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning advice to a diverse client base, helping individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions with confidence.
Senior Financial Planner responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver personalized financial plans tailored to client goals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Provide strategic advice on investments, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate considerations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
- Identify opportunities to grow and deepen client relationships
- Mentor and support junior team members as needed
The successful candidate has:
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- CFP designation required
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver comprehensive, client-focused financial advice
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a positive team culture
Compensation and benefits:
- Salary range is $150,000 – $200,000 depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
