Finance Team Lead - 19125

The Finance Team Lead will play a pivotal role in leading financial processes, mentoring team members, and ensuring operational excellence.
Finance Team Lead responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage full-cycle accounting tasks, including sales reports, GL and subledger reconciliations, and inventory processes.
- Oversee accounts receivable collections, working capital reporting, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements, including variance analysis and month-end adjustments.
- Support year-end processes, including preparing working papers and assisting external audits.
- Collaborate with the Controller to deliver accurate financial data for decision-making and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS/ISO) standards.
- Develop work instructions and assist with ERP implementation.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- A CPA designation or is actively pursuing it would be advantageous.
- Proven knowledge of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
- Experience with intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and process improvements.
