As the Executive/Personal Assistant, you will manage the President & CEO’s schedule, handle correspondence, and provide both professional and personal support. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective time management.
Executive Administration and Personal Support Responsibilities:
- Manage the President & CEO’s calendar, expense reports, and correspondence.
- Handle and redirect emails, respond on behalf of the President & CEO when needed.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and make arrangements as well as attend meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up items.
- Track and prioritize goals, understand organizational operations, and maintain files.
- Manage personal appointments, reservations, and event planning.
- Consolidate monthly financials for a holding company.
- Arrange all business travel, including flights and accommodation and adjust travel plans as necessary.
- Provide general administrative assistance and support team members with overflow tasks and projects.
- 10+ years of administrative experience, including as an Executive Assistant to a C-suite executive.
- Excellent business acumen and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Exceptional written communication skills are required, with a strong ability to produce clear, professional, and accurate documentation.
- A post-secondary education in business administration is an asset.
- Experience in marketing and written work is an asset.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- The discussed salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
