Job Description
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will be instrumental in guiding the organization’s strategy, programs, and community outreach efforts while ensuring alignment with our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model servant leadership and foster ongoing spiritual growth and development within the organization.
- Collaborate with the board and staff to ensure the mission and strategic goals are being met.
- Communicate effectively with the Board and provide necessary information for informed decision-making.
- Implement resources and maintain a strong culture to attract and retain quality employees.
- Oversee marketing efforts, including external communications and fundraising events.
- Manage fiscal integrity, operating within the budget, and maintaining a positive financial position.
- Lead fundraising efforts and develop other revenue streams.
- Represent the organization in the community, increase visibility, and develop strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and improve systems and processes to enhance program delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and donors.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff.
- A strong alignment with Christian values and mission, actively demonstrating and promoting these values in their role and in your personal life.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Leadership experience in non-profit management or in industry
- Strong financial management
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- The discussed salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 annually depending on experience
