  • Track commitments, action items, and key business initiatives to ensure timely execution
  • Support leadership and meetings, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up
  • Act as a liaison with vendors, business partners, and key stakeholders
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives supporting business growth
  • Provide occasional personal support and coordination related to executive and family commitments

The Successful Candidate Has:

  • 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or business owners; experience in a sales-driven or customer-focused organization is an asset
  • Experience coordinating recurring leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and priority tracking
  • Experience supporting growth, transformation, or change initiatives is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related discipline is an asset, as is a designation such as CAP or an Executive Assistant certificate
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at a Central Edmonton location, with some travel required

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
  • Short-term incentive bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive benefits package and generous perks
  • Three weeks' vacation
  • Flexibility may be considered for the right candidate
  • Opportunity to work closely with a highly influential executive during an exciting phase of organizational growth

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Only candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process will be contacted.
