**This role requires an Executive Assistant who is fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English**

We’re looking for a hybrid Mandarin speaking Executive Assistant in the healthcare industry.
Our client is launching an innovative, large-scale Integrative Medicine service institution, combining conventional medicine with natural therapies to provide personalized, preventive, and holistic healthcare solutions. With plans to expand across Canada and internationally, this initiative is set to transform the industry through strategic acquisitions, innovation, and a franchise model.
The Executive Assistant will work directly with the founder, providing high-level support across business strategy, market research, investment evaluation, recruitment, and operations. This role is ideal for a highly adaptable, analytical, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to play a key role in building and scaling a business.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Conduct industry research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
  • Organize and analyze business data, investment opportunities, and market trends.
  • Assist with investment screening, due diligence, and feasibility studies.
  • Support business negotiations, vendor management, and partnership development.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, interview processes, and team management activities.
  • Manage the founder’s schedule, workflow, and key communications.
  • Optimize operational processes and proactively identify solutions to challenges.
The successful candidate has:
  • 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, business analysis, project management, investment research, or corporate operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Law, International Business, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to handle global business interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and strategic mindset.
  • High-level communication and negotiation abilities, with experience engaging executives, investors, and business partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and collaboration tools like Notion, Trello, and Slack.
  • Experience in startups, investment firms, consulting, or multinational corporations is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $90,000 – $115,000, depending on experience.
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered.
