Our client is seeking a Customer Engagement Professional to become the face of their dynamic team, specializing in structure customer-centric solutions for engineers, architects, and contractors, to help them develop cost-effective and energy efficient building solutions.

As the liaison between their clients and their engineering team, you'll play a pivotal role in understanding their unique needs and translating them into comprehensive engineering strategies.

Engineering Consultant Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their engineering needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough technical analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate project requirements and constraints.
  • Work with the technical team to develop innovative engineering solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with engineering projects and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our engineering services.
The successful candidate has:
  • Education in Engineering, architecture, drafting or a related field.
  • The ability to travel 50% of the time into the US.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
  • Analyze building plans and specifications.
  • Understand construction terminology and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Compensation and benefits:
  • The compensation will range from $170,000 to $200,000 depending on experience.
