The Role:
As Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be the mastermind behind the brand’s public persona. You’ll drive strategy, shape narratives, and create high-impact marketing campaigns that turn heads, build community, and ignite excitement. What You'll Do:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development:
- Architect and execute game-changing marketing strategies that amplify brand presence nationwide.

- Lead next-level digital marketing—from social campaigns and viral moments to paid media strategies.

- Ensure every touchpoint tells a compelling story, ignites conversation, and reinforces brand identity.
- Keep the website and digital assets fresh, dynamic, and fully optimized to attract and engage audiences.

- Serve as the voice of the brand, cultivating strong relationships with national and local media.
- Own press releases, media outreach, and PR events that put the brand on the map.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of high-impact marketing experience, ideally in entertainment, sports, hospitality, or media.
- Mastery of social media, content strategy, and digital marketing trends.
- Proven track record of creating standout campaigns that turn audiences into superfans.
- Leadership chops—you know how to build, inspire, and manage an A-list marketing team.
- A storyteller’s mind—your ability to craft compelling narratives sets you apart.
