We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who brings a highly analytical and data-driven approach to marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for numbers and a deep understanding of how data informs marketing spend and return on investment (ROI). What You Will Do:
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Expand brand visibility in the U.S. and Canada through a comprehensive mix of digital channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), email marketing, and social media.
  • Optimize digital strategy across market segments using insights from customer feedback, product trends, and market data.
  • Strategically manage a multimillion-dollar annual digital marketing budget to ensure efficient and impactful spend.
  • Identify and target key market segments to enhance messaging, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Explore and implement new digital channels, lead sources, and list-building strategies to support marketing and sales goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on leads and opportunities generated by marketing efforts, delivering actionable insights to guide business decisions.
  • Leverage data from Salesforce, Infinity, Sitecore, Google Ads, and email marketing tools to monitor performance and inform future strategy.
  • Conduct A/B testing, split testing, and bucket testing to refine digital initiatives.
  • Provide backend website and content support.
  • Train and support sales and marketing teams in Salesforce functionalities, including lead creation, campaign management, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital trends and tools, recommending features that align with long-term business objectives.

What Skills You Bring:
  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing with expertise in digital campaigns, lead generation, and market analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint; experience with Power BI preferred.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Regularly provide updates to stakeholders on project progress and results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel; strong presentation skills in PowerPoint; Mailchimp experience is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with PPC, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Proven success managing pay-per-click campaigns and digital marketing budgets.
  • A growth mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to create content that resonates with B2B audiences.
  • Must be located in the Greater Houston area (hybrid work environment).
