Our innovative client, a locally owned company founded over 20 years ago, is on a mission to deliver a luxurious experience to the North American market. Based outside of Regina, Saskatchewan, they have developed a range of Canadian products and are seeking a dynamic onsite Customer and Order Management Specialist to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for a customer focused individual who enjoys providing high level of professional customer service and thrives in a team environment. The organization provides a positive work environment, full training and opportunity to grow within the organization.

Customer and Order Management Specialist responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer calls in a friendly and resourceful approach
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide resolutions
  • Respond to customer emails and chats in a professional manner
  • Accurately record and track communication and details of problems 
  • Enter customer purchase orders with detail and precision in a timely manner
  • Print orders and assemble any required labels and installation guides to provide the warehouse for shipping
  • Track orders and manage communication on delayed items with customers
  • Manage returns and credits back to customers
  • Support the sales teams in various ways including being responsible for reports, order tracking, sales notes and follow up to quotes
  • Manage online dealer portals (updating tracking info, inventory etc.)
  • Generate invoices
  • Manage office supplies
  • Other ad hoc administrative responsibilities as required
The successful candidate has: 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a professional customer support role
  • Candidates who are bilingual in French are considered an asset
  • Conflict resolution experience
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Personal DIY experience and asset
  • Highly organized
  • Customer service mindset
  • Highly fluent in English both speaking and written
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $55,000 – $60,000 depending on experience

  • 3 weeks vacation
