Customer Support Specialist responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through various areas of communication including online chat support, phone inquiries and walk in clientele
- Provide knowledgeable insight and information of products to customers
- Demonstrate your passion for the products
- Track and input customer data and notes
- Ensure inventory is kept up to date and manage stock levels
- Continually learn about new products and keep up to date knowledge on existing products
- Support the team with various ad hoc tasks as needed
- Assist in the creation and improvement of processes and procedures
- Previous experience as a barista or related position in customer service
- Experience managing e-commerce sites considered an asset
- Highly organized
- Strong verbal and written communication
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal - bilingual in other languages considered an asset
- Strong memory and retention
- Can do, take charge attitude
- The discussed hourly wage for this role ranges between $18 – $26 depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
