We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to work fully remote in the textile decoration industry in Edmonton. (You must live in Edmonton)

They offer a fully remote working environment with an intensive training program. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for support to customers, operations, and the sales team.

Customer Service Representative responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming calls professionally and efficiently while ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met
  • Answer customer inquiries related to orders, issue quotes and online purchases etc.
  • Help manage online inventory and process purchases
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and clients
  • Ensure complete and up-to-date product knowledge in order to provide best service
  • Assist in scheduling delivery and order pick up
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Support operations, outside sales team as well as other departments as required
The successful candidate has:
  • 2+ years of phone customer service experience in apparel, digital art, sign or graphic arts industry is preferred
  • Experience with Sana or Biz Central is an asset
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant and professional phone manner
  • Upbeat personality that can “smile over the phone”
  • Fine-tuned customer service abilities with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problems solve
  • A motivation to be a strong and flexible team player who can be self-motivated, proactive, and organized, and is able to stay focused and productive in a “work from home” role
  • Intermediate/advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines as well as taking accountability and ownership to overcome any challenges that might come up
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision but able to work well with other team members, internal and external clients
  • Ability to work fully remote 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., yet may have to come into the office periodically to assist
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary is $20-$21.63 per hour
