Customer Support Specialist responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries through various areas of communication including online chat support, phone inquiries and walk in clientele
  • Provide knowledgeable insight and information of products to customers
  • Demonstrate your passion for the products
  • Track and input customer data and notes
  • Ensure inventory is kept up to date and manage stock levels
  • Continually learn about new products and keep up to date knowledge on existing products
  • Support the team with various ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Assist in the creation and improvement of processes and procedures
The successful candidate has: 
  • Previous experience as a barista or related position in customer service
  • Experience managing e-commerce sites considered an asset
  • Highly organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal - bilingual in other languages considered an asset
  • Strong memory and retention
  • Can do, take charge attitude
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed hourly wage for this role ranges between $20 – $25 depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
  • On site parking provided
