Job Description

We’re looking for an in-person Customer Service Associate to work at a fast-growing retail business in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The Customer Service Associate will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring each customer receives a personalized and positive experience.

Customer Service Associate responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized and informed service to each customer.
  • Guide customers with product recommendations.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Accurately process transactions and handle cash.
  • Create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
The successful candidate has: 
  • 1-3 years of customer service or receptionist experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Minimum age requirement is 19 years old
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Sales experience is a plus
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $40,000 - $44,000 depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
