Job Description

Our client, located on the Brampton/ Mississauga border, is seeking a Customer Relationship and Operations Partner.
This role is the link between customers and the operational teams responsible for delivering service.

The successful candidate must have experience leading field technicians, coordinating equipment and service projects, and be able to work across sales, logistics, scheduling and technical support to ensure customer commitments are met.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Be the main point of contact for all operational contact for projects and clients.
  • Confirm customer requirements, site conditions, equipment needs, timelines and safety expectations.
  • Coordinate the full delivery of customer projects, from planning and equipment preparation through installation and follow-up.
  • Lead and support field technicians, ensuring they have the training, information, tools and direction required to complete the work.
  • Confirm that equipment is available, properly prepared and ready before it is sent to the customer site.
  • Work closely with sales, technical support, workforce scheduling, equipment scheduling, fleet and transportation to keep projects on track.
  • Address customer concerns, project delays, technical issues and changes in scope.
  • Visit job sites as required to review safety, quality and project execution.
  • Identify recurring service or operational issues and recommend practical improvements.
  • Track project results, customer feedback, service concerns and technician performance.

The successful candidate has: 
  • Five plus years of experience in field service, operations, equipment rental, project coordination or customer account management.
  • Experience leading or coordinating technicians or skilled trades employees.
  • Strong understanding of equipment installations, service delivery and workplace safety.
  • Proven ability to manage customers, projects and competing operational priorities.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and hold others accountable for execution.
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $120,000 to $130,000 depending on experience
