Customer Engagement Coordinator - 18908
Job Description
The Customer Engagement Coordinator is responsible for being the first impression and "face" of the company. This role is ideal for a customer focused individual who enjoys providing high level of professional customer service and thrives in a positive and wholesome team environment. Customer Engagement Coordinator responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls in a friendly and resourceful approach
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide resolutions
- Respond to customer emails and chats in a professional manner
- Accurately record and track communication and details of problems
- Enter customer purchase orders with detail and precision in a timely manner
- Print orders and assemble any required labels and installation guides to provide the warehouse for shipping
- Track orders and manage communication on delayed items with customers
- Manage returns and credits back to customers
- Support the sales teams in various ways including being responsible for reports, order tracking, sales notes and follow up to quotes
- Manage online dealer portals (updating tracking info, inventory etc.)
- Generate invoices
- Manage office supplies
- Other ad hoc administrative responsibilities as required
- Minimum 3 years experience in a professional customer support role
- Candidates who are bilingual in French are considered an asset
- Conflict resolution experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Personal DIY experience and asset
- Highly organized

- Highly fluent in English both speaking and written
- The discussed salary range is $55,000 – $60,000 depending on experience
