Corporate Controller Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial reporting and compliance, managing monthly and annual financial statements while ensuring adherence to ASPE, IFRS, and SOX requirements across all global entities.
  • Provide senior leadership with accurate and timely insights to guide business investments and operations.
  • Supervise internal control compliance and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Work closely with tax authorities to manage compliance in corporate income tax, sales tax, transfer pricing, and international tax strategies.
  • Assist in developing policies for cash flow, credit, debt management, and foreign exchange hedging to optimize financial performance.
  • Support and mentor finance teams across global locations, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
The successful candidate has: 
  • A professional accounting designation CPA.
  • Five to ten years of experience in financial leadership, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and financial acumen with the ability to influence decision-making at a senior level.
  • High emotional intelligence, integrity, and strong leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and time management abilities.
  • The ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
