What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the charge in corporate accounting, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across multiple entities.
  • Standardize and streamline financial processes to support rapid expansion and business integration.
  • Collaborate with executives to prepare for the company’s major.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team.
  • Own year-end financials, working with external accountants on review engagements and notice-to-reader statements.
  • Be a strategic force, helping shape the company’s financial roadmap and long-term success.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • CPA designation (CPA Alberta in good standing)
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting leadership roles.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and multi-entity accounting operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A big-picture mindset with the ability to manage details while driving strategic growth.
