What You’ll Do:
- Lead the charge in corporate accounting, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across multiple entities.
- Standardize and streamline financial processes to support rapid expansion and business integration.
- Collaborate with executives to prepare for the company’s major.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team.
- Own year-end financials, working with external accountants on review engagements and notice-to-reader statements.
- Be a strategic force, helping shape the company’s financial roadmap and long-term success.
- CPA designation (CPA Alberta in good standing)
- 5+ years of experience in accounting leadership roles.
- Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and multi-entity accounting operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Lindie made the move to Canada from South Africa in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Business Management and Industrial Psychology, further enriching her ability to understand the human dynamics involved in recruitment, including personality ‘fit’ in the workplace. Outside of work, she keeps active with her teenager, balancing school, sports and outdoor activities.
