Project Coordinator (Construction)
Job Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects from pre-construction through to turnover and occupancy.Â
Responsibilities
- Lead all pre-construction activities, including planning, permitting, and budgeting
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and execution plans
- Coordinate and collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance to ensure effective cost control
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Manage project closeout, including deficiencies, final inspections, and occupancy
- 2+ years of experience in commercial or multi-family construction project environments

- Proficiency in project management software (Procore or similar CRM, MS Project)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000 CAD, depending on experience
