Job Description

Our client is an integrated real estate and construction organization based in Winnipeg, delivering end-to-end commercial and multi-family developments.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects from pre-construction through to turnover and occupancy. 
Responsibilities
  • Lead all pre-construction activities, including planning, permitting, and budgeting
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and execution plans
  • Coordinate and collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance to ensure effective cost control
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
  • Manage project closeout, including deficiencies, final inspections, and occupancy
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial or multi-family construction project environments
  • Manage project closeout, including deficiencies, final inspections, and occupancy
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore or similar CRM, MS Project)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000 CAD, depending on experience
