Position Summary:
As a Communications Specialist, you’ll take charge of communication deliverables and marketing support for the Enablement & Engagement team. This role involves crafting engaging content, handling media publications, and ensuring smooth operations in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Communications Support:
- Lead end-to-end communication projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives from initial planning through final execution.
- Create, develop, and deliver clear, engaging, and brand-aligned communications across various channels and formats.
- Partner with agencies and public relations teams to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.
- Coordinate messaging and align on deliverables with internal and external stakeholders for consistent and cohesive communication.
- Manage team space and administration for internal sites, including SharePoint, Assets4Success, Opal, and Digital Library.
- Oversee team tools and site access, ensuring smooth internal operations and providing additional support as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing support, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with platforms such as SharePoint, Adobe, and MS Teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Annual Salary: $65,000–$75,000
