Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager - Mid-Market (Western Canada)

Job Description
We’re looking for a Hybrid Underwriting Manager based in Vancouver or Calgary. This is a leadership role where you’ll manage a team of underwriters, oversee commercial accounts, and ensure tailored solutions for a variety of business risks.

- 10+ years of commercial underwriting experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with operational change management
- CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designation (completed or in progress)
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Salary range: $115,000 – $160,000 depending on experience
