Clinical Office Manager
Job Description
We’re looking for an on-site Clinical Office Manager in the healthcare industry.
The Clinical Office Manager will oversee daily operations, support the practitioner team, and ensure seamless coordination of patient care, staff scheduling, and clinic processes.
Clinical Office Manager responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations in a busy outpatient clinic

Supervise and support front-desk and clinical staff, ensuring adherence to clinic standards

Manage scheduling, patient flow, and communications through OUTSMART EMR
-
Coordinate with external labs for timely submission and tracking of results
-
Maintain accurate patient charts, oversee bookkeeping (AP/AR), payments, and inventory management
-
Support practitioners with documentation, lab coordination, and administrative tasks

Assist with marketing events, community outreach, and occasional Saturday shifts (hourly pay provided)
The successful candidate has:

3+ years of experience in a clinical or medical office management role

Phlebotomy and Medical Office Administration Certification preferred

Strong working knowledge of EMR systems (OUTSMART preferred), AP/AR, and basic bookkeeping
-
Proven leadership, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced clinical environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with both patients and practitioners

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using social media for clinic communications
-
Nursing background and/or experience is an asset
Compensation and benefits:
- The discussed salary range is $50,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
