Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's overall strategic direction and vision, driving growth and expansion in the North American cryptocurrency market.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure necessary capital for the company's growth plans, leveraging extensive networks and expertise in capital markets.
- Oversee the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of business plans and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve their full potential.
- Represent the company externally, building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, investors, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
- Proven track record of executive leadership in the cryptocurrency sector, with a deep understanding of digital currencies, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising and capital markets, with a history of securing significant investment capital for growth-stage companies.
- Experience leading public offerings and navigating regulatory frameworks in North America, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industries.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

He has completed a number of marathons, Gran Fondos and triathlons, including Ironman Florida.
