Job Description
Position Summary: As the Campaign Operations & Digital Demand Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of marketing campaign execution and digital demand initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality performance reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented individual to manage the operational elements of campaigns, provide accurate and timely reporting, and collaborate across teams to drive success in digital demand activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations:
- Manage and coordinate marketing requests, securing approvals from internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely updates of campaign content across platforms.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborate with external vendors or contractors as necessary for seamless campaign delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive digital reporting and track performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, offering actionable insights.
- Support thought leadership efforts by linking SAP Community Authors in internal outreach materials.
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong project management abilities with experience in marketing automation tools (e.g., MSRC, Adobe).
- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, MSIGHTS, or Sprinklr.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, solid problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Competitive annual salary: $70,000–$75,000.
